"There was silence. A long night without music, where JVZO had lost herself in the folds of self-forgetting. An inner desert. Then a breath, a beat sent by Error. A talented beatmaker, long-time collaborator, and close friend—he knows her shadows as well as her sparks. His beat wasn’t a coincidence, but the right gesture at the right time.
A pulse that reignites the flame. In barely an hour, the words poured out—instinctive, burning. A release. A visceral reconnection to what had been stifled. Amali was born like a soft cry, a return to life.
Then came the encounter—with Amine Saadouni, Tunisian musician and producer, sculptor of frequencies, master of the bass. His touch brought the track a new depth, a soul vibration—as if the roots were finding soil again. Together, they infused Amali with rare intensity; music that heals, transforms, grounds.
Working on this project took hours and hours of conversations, shared silences, and deep reflections. Each one stepped into the other’s shoes.
Because while the lived experiences were different, the feeling itself was universal. That’s where the project found its meaning. That’s where something beautiful was born. A project that speaks with the eyes.
Multidisciplinary, JVZO doesn’t choose a single path; she walks through all of them. She flits between forms and disciplines like a butterfly that never lingers too long on the same flower. She spreads her wings through self-love, through nature, through the act of creating. She returns to the roots, weaves, connects, shares. In a time where being oneself is a struggle, she chooses gentleness as resistance. Meditation, music, and human connection become her shelters, her languages.
